The community consists of 30 townhouses on Council Drive and 19 on Council Court, with the two sections separated by a large wooded area, which is to remain permanently in its natural state. Council Square consists of two groups of townhouses in the Town of Vienna, Virginia located on Church Street between East and Beulah.
